☀️ Summer Event with a Heart – Recap ❤️

On August 21, WPP hosted our Summer Event with a Heart at Buck & Honey’s in Monona, and it was a tremendous success!

✨ The Numbers

• 75+ attendees came together for networking, connection, and community impact.
• Together, we raised over $3,000 on event day through the silent auction, 50/50 raffle, and donations.
• As of this week, fundraising totals have climbed to $4,369+ and still growing—we anticipate reaching nearly $5,000 for the American Heart Association (AHA).

✨ Highlights

• The sports memorabilia silent auction was a huge hit—special congrats to Jon Poletti and Anne Baranski, who each took home two winning items!
• The AHA Hands-Only CPR training station drew in many participants. Several businesses expressed interest in bringing this training to their workplaces, extending the event’s impact even further.
• Networking, community spirit, and giving back were at the heart of the evening—and WPP members showed up in a big way.

✨ What’s Next

• Businesses interested in Hands-Only CPR training for their staff can connect directly with the American Heart Association—we’d be happy to make introductions.
• You can also register a company team and join the upcoming Heart Walk on Friday, September 13 at McKee Farms Park in Fitchburg, WI.

❤️ 100% of proceeds from this event support the American Heart Association, funding lifesaving research, training, and education.
